GadiCharge has inaugurated the country’s first Huawei super-fast Electric Vehicle (EV) hub charging station, under the GadiCharge Franchise, at Nepal Ekarat Engineering Co. (NEEK) Factory in Thanabharyang, Hetauda.

This is Nepal’s first EV charging station with liquid-cooled hub technology, which includes 200kW+ solar integration, that supports both CCS2 and GB/T charging, capable of charging 10 vehicles at a time, with dynamic load distribution and has a capacity to charge up to 240kW.

The dynamic load distribution facilitates intelligent allocation of available power among multiple EVs in real-time based on their charging needs, grid capacity, and priority, to prevent overloads and maximize efficiency.

This smart charging hub also adopts a modular architecture, multi-level power pooling, and supports seamless integration with photovoltaics (PV) and energy storage systems (ESS), allowing safe, efficient, and grid-friendly charging in any environment. The system operates reliably in extreme temperatures, from –35°C to 45°C, while maintaining low noise levels under 50 dB—making it ideal for urban and remote applications alike.

From the upcoming 86+ locations, this is also the first in a broader roadmap to build a nationwide EV charging network, with GadiCharge establishing nine such Huawei Liquid-Cooled Hub EV charging stations from Pathari in the east to Dhangadhi in the west by this fiscal year.

Speaking at the inauguration event, the Co-Founder and CEO of GadiCharge, Ms. Presha Shrestha, shared “This is not just a charging station. It is a symbol of what is possible when innovation meets intention, and partnerships are built on true synergy. For us, EV charging is not just about plugging in a car—it is about powering a vision for a cleaner planet, healthier communities, and financially sustainable business models that drive Nepal toward a greener future—one station, one partnership at a time.”
